Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know that I am ready?
If one of the following statements applies to you, then you are ready:
You carry the weight of past experiences that you have not resolved
You feel disconnected from your body, your emotions, or your sense of purpose
You are experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout that is affecting your daily life
You are on a path of spiritual growth and want deeper, more rapid transformation
You want to live in harmony with yourself and people around you
No. You are never required to relive or explain painful experiences in order to receive healing and support.
Our sessions focus on helping you let go of what no longer serves you which does not require relieving these experiences. You will feel calmer, lighter, more grounded, and emotionally supported.
What does a session look like?
Is this like a traditional therapy?
This is a different experience from traditional talk therapy.
The focus is less on analyzing your past and more on helping your body and mind regulate, rebalance and use its own natural healing abilities to complete the energy cycles required to move to a higher state.
Do online/remote sessions work?
Not at all. Healing sessions are for anyone looking for emotional support, stress relief, mindfulness, relaxation, and inner balance — no spiritual background required.
Is healing only for spiritual/religious people?
Yes. Online healing sessions can be deeply calming and effective, allowing you to relax in your own safe and familiar environment. Remote energy healing sessions are equally as effective as in- person sessions.
Do I have to relive painful experiences?
Each client is a different case and I never use one-approach-fits-all method. We begin with a brief relaxation and breathing techniques which take us to the the healing process through guided visualisation, meditation and other techniques.
Is what you do a replacement for medical checks or psychotherapy?
No, energy healing and other methods listed on this website are not a replacement for medical checks, psychotherapy or psychiatry. They are complementary methods and tools used to enhance the body's natural abilities to heal and regulate. They are also not a replacement for medication prescribed by your doctor. Please consult with your doctor in case of an emergency.
